Joe Caruana Curran started his journey with Remax Malta in 2011 as an associate with Remax Alliance, eventually opening his own franchise in 2014. He chose to set up a franchise in Ta' l-Ibragg namely because it is a town he enjoys working in.
As one of the youngest managers at Remax, he oversees a very energetically young and dynamic team of associates. Joe prefers not to carry out transactions himself but rather concentrates on assisting his team members to help them close deals successfully, by being available to discuss and oversee operations, guide and assist in successful closure, especially where challenging transactions are involved.

With a complement of 14 team members, Joe is proud that his associates have already secured several Remax awards for themselves and looks forward to furthering success in future.

Michael Mangion has been working with RE/MAX since 2014, after working within the financial sector for over 8 years. Michael, besides being a Franchise Owner of the Ibragg branch, has a career as a sales agent specializing in medium to high-end properties and beyond. Michael enjoys a hands-on style of work but is also a team player who encourages and promotes colleagues to follow suit. Michael has a variety of professional and personal skills that compliment his sense of humour and style - clients have always had a good word or two to say about him! During his real estate career, Michael has undertaken a number of courses, including the RE/MAX Collection Specialist training to ensure clients receive a tailored service to suit their needs, wants & desires. Naomi Tanti is the Office Administrator at RE/MAX Affiliates - Executives Ibragg and Personal Assistant to the Manager. In just over three years at this RE/MAX office, she has grown professionally so that she now coordinates this small but young and dynamic team with confidence. Naomi had the opportunity to pursue training whilst on the job, thus refining her skills in varied key aspects of her career choice. Although she does not handle sales, she provides varied forms of day to day support to all the associates on board, drawing inspiration from her manager, who she admits is her role model. She specialises in and is responsible for all aspects of social media and marketing across the board so that the office maintains a strong and regular online presence and is seamlessly promoted throughout the year. Naomi also maintains all office accounting in check, supporting associates in this aspect of their sales. and Naomi effectively contributed to the Ibragg office clinching the 2018 RE/MAX Malta ‘First Runner-up Service Fees generated Per Capita Award’. She keeps busy thinking up and organising all office events which recently included the office associates’ participation in the Blindfold Charity Run in aid of the Visually Impaired, which was a memorable success.
After a number of years exclusively dedicated to the letting of properties across the board, Mario Caruana moved to RE/MAX Affiliates - Executives Ibragg office to change tack, and start focusing on property sales. The new challenge has been a timely one for Mario after all his years of experience in property evaluations and constant dealing with contractors and developers who generally aim to sell to first-time buyers. Now Mario is working on 'buy to let' properties which are most sought after by aspiring as well as established investors. Originally an events organiser with 15 years of experience under his belt, he moved to real estate, drawing on his wide portfolio of contacts. As an associate, he finds that the job allows him more flexibility, time to travel to far-flung countries and also the possibility to maintain his fitness regimen with regularity.

Barbara Balzan has been involved in real estate for a good number of years, five of which with RE/MAX Malta. Although her previous real estate experience was of an administrative nature, she is now fully immersed in sales. Her main focus lies on houses of character and maisonettes, usually in central and north areas, even though she does enjoy promoting properties in other areas when clients inquire about them. Although she started off selling to first-time buyers, many of her clients are ready to up-size and this has led her to move up the property ladder accordingly.
